VISITORS - Must register at the office. Fee $15.00 per visitor with a maximum of 2 per cottage (Visitors must be approved by management, in advance. Please avoid embarrassment by visitors showing up without prior notice because they will be asked to leave). Visitors will not be allowed during high occupancy days (including holiday weekends) to avoid overcrowding. Guests must ensure that visitors' cars are parked off premises and that visitors leave by 9:00 pm.

PETS - All pets are to be on a leash & owners are responsible for lawn cleanliness. Pets are not to be left unattended in the cottage. One small pet per cottage only. Fee: $25/visit

GUESTS - are responsible for the action of their children, pets, visitors & any cottage or boat damage.

ALCOHOL - Alcoholic beverages are allowed only on your cottage site. This is the law in Ontario.

ALL QUIET - after 10:00 pm.

FISH CLEANING - must be done in the fish cleaning huts.

SEPTIC SYSTEM - use toilet paper only. No foreign objects or kitchen grease. Damage due to abuse to the septic system will be charged to the guest.

GASOLINE - to be stored in boat or truck, not in or around cottages.

Please note, these policies are for your protection and enjoyment & breaking them can be cause for eviction at the sole discretion of Management with no refunds.

For your security keep all valuable articles in a safe place. Please ensure your family and visitors conduct themselves accordingly.

The management of Plank Road Cottages & Marina can not be held responsible for missing articles, or accidents. All facilities & rental equipment used at own risk.

* Deposit of $250 required for week rentals and $100 for weekend rentals. Balance payable upon arrival by Cash, Debit, Visa   or Mastercard. No cheques on arrival.
* A $100 excess cleaning/damage deposit is required for each cottage.
* With 4 weeks notice of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded, less a $60.00 administration fee. With less notice than 4   weeks, your deposit, less a $100.00 administration fee will be refunded only if the cottage is re-booked.
* No subletting permitted.
* No refunds for late arrival or early departure.
* Weekly rentals from 3:00 pm. to 9:00 am. the day of checkout.
* Less than weekly rentals from 4:00 pm to 11:00 am the day of checkout.
* Early arrivals - Give us a call and we will work with your needs!
* Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, bath towels and tea towels. Sleeping on the mattress or pillow liners without   linens will result in an excess cleaning charge of $10.00 per bed.
